THE OPPORTUNITY You will be responsible for providing overall strategic management, and accountability for UNHCR-funded livelihood projects. TYou will ensure the effective, timely, and compliant implementation of project activities in line with approved proposals, workplans, budgets, and donor requirements, while contributing to Plan International Egypt’s Country Strategy. Further, you will provide direct supervision and guidance to the project team, including the UNHCR Livelihood Project Officers and assistants, ensuring high-quality delivery, adaptive management, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will also serve as a link between the target beneficiaries and all stakeholders critical to the project success.
