ensure project success, manage and mentor staff for professional growth.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Should have 3-5 years of experience with a proven record of success at a similar level preferably in an INGO sector.</span></li> <li
