The Opportunity The Head of Impact will lead the strategic direction, development, and management of the Impact Unit, ensuring that Plan Indonesia’s programs deliver measurable and scalable impact aligned with its strategic goals. This role will focus on impact assessment, scalability of successful project models, and working closely with the Fundraising and Program Development Units to take the opportunity for innovative funding mechanism. The Head of Impact will develop, guide, and manage systems that ensure data-driven decision-making, fostering accountability and learning across Plan Indonesia.
