Plan international Egypt implements programmes designed to enable communities to improve the lives of the most marginalised children and their families. Further, you will design, implement, monitor and report the progress of project activities in line with detailed implementation plan. You will be the link between the target beneficiaries and all stakeholders critical to the project success.</span></p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor and coordinate project implementation with partners, ensuring plans, timelines, and indicators are met.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Facilitate planning, reflection, and coordination meetings to strengthen teamwork and adapt implementation as needed.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Produce accurate progress and donor reports, interpreting data to inform initiatives and communicate lessons learned.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with gender equality, child protection, safeguarding, and security policies in all activities.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support government stakeholders and partners for quality, timely delivery of agreed activities.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage and monitor project budgets, advances, and expenditures in line with objectives.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supervise field activities to ensure alignment with donor regulations and organizational policies.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Foster collaboration and strong relationships with partners for effective project outcomes.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plan International has a robust global policy for Safeguarding and Gender looking for:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Someone with a bachelor&apos;s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or similar field. </span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Should have 3-5 years of experience with a proven record of success at a similar level preferably in an INGO sector.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Someone with proven experiences and ability to coordinate and collaborate with different civil society and Community based organization.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Someone experienced in planning, conducting, and facilitating trainings/workshops.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Should have previous experience working on projects that promote gender equality. </span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Someone knowledgeable on gender sensitive approaches and the ability to apply them in project implementation and beneficiary engagement. </span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Should have understanding of basic gender and protection principles within humanitarian and development programs.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Someone familiar with safeguarding, protection, and prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) principles.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Someone experienced in supporting livelihood, economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, or employability initiatives that promote women&apos;s participation and access to economic
