YOUR ROLE Responsible for the safe and efficient movement, loading, unloading, and storage of freight within the warehouse. This role requires operating forklifts and manual material‑handling equipment, performing general labor and warehouse maintenance, and taking full ownership of the assigned receiving area. The position ensures all receiving, documentation, and storage tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with company guiding principles and core values. Education and Experience: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="circle"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">High school diploma or GED.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Minimum of 3 years of related forklift or warehouse experience.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to lift light to heavy materials safely.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts and manual material‑handling tools.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> </ul> Skills: Forklift Driver Certification; Valid state issued driver’s license, preferred. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Ability to drive and/or operate heavy equipment. Ability to operate forklift/ Reach Truck, hand truck and pallet jack. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
