Participates to the elaboration of the Group strategy on QHSE along with Global QHSE Team. Ensures that CEVA QHSE strategy is deployed and adhere to within the region with the support of QHSE country managers. Responsible to provide a monthly vision of QHSE performance of the region to the regional head and to the QHSE global team and to ensure that CAPA plans are implemented whenever necessary. The position ensures as well that the QHSE governance, standards, systems and framework is robust, strategically aligned with Global Governance and business oriented Promote CEVA initiatives in QHSE achievement and excellence in operations by providing support, guidance and assistance to Countries with in-depth knowledge. Ensure a consistent cascade of QHSE objectives, targets and performance measurement with a targeted approach to improvement.
