<p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify">CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members.<br> CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p><strong>YOUR ROLE </strong></p> <p>You supervise Newbuildings construction of CMA CGM Group. Containerships vessels and eventually RoPax. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? </strong></p> <p>You shall:<br>• Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and régulations.<br>• Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies.<br>• Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis.<br>• Issue comment on drawings for approval in accordance with shipbuilding contract.<br>• Seek for assistance or experts’ opinions for specific Drawings.<br>• Follow up:<br>o drawing approval and work progress for you project.<br>o extra and credit, specification déviations.<br>• Pilot the initial stores and spare parts procurement process.<br>• Manage vessel’s delivery.<br>• Ensure specifications approval.<br>• Follow on risk analysis on going projects.<br>• Report on project’s progress.<br>• Be in contact with Authorities for ongoing projects.<br>• Ensure application of feedbacks on the on going projects.<br>• Propose new standards and guidelines.<br>• Ensure that vessels are built in respect with all regulations and Newbuild specifications.</p> <p>For Environment representative role you shall:<br> • Interface with RSE for environmental topics related to shipbuilding. <br>For Ship construction related activities.<br>• Identify, record, and monitor KPIs to be followed up during construction of the vessels.<br> • Identify environmental rules and regulations that need to be followed.<br>• Review CMA CGM requirements related to environment.</p> <p><br><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?</strong> </p> <p><br>Graduated in engineering, naval architecture or maritime school. <br>Experience 3 years in maritime industry.<br>• Project management skills.<br>• Analytical skills.<br>• Technical knowledge of vessel design<br>• Effective verbal, written and presentation skills.<br>• Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment.<br>• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible to change priorities.<br>• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.</p><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify">Come along on CMA CGM’s adventure</p>
