<p>RMC BFM is a media group integrated within CMA Media, bringing together several strong brands such as BFM TV, RMC, RMC Découverte, RMC Story, and RMC Life.</p> <p>RMC BFM Ads is the group&apos;s advertising sales house. It handles the commercialisation of advertising space across all its media, as well as several CMA Media assets, including Brut and La Tribune.</p><p>Within this sales house, the Data division designs, structures, and develops data-driven offerings for advertisers, addressing targeting, activation, and monetisation challenges.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role:</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Data Product Manager, you will support them in developing and managing data monetisation offerings.</p> <p>In this role, your main responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Taking part in the implementation and monitoring of data projects, whether involving product developments or the launch of new offerings;</li> <li>Contributing to the structuring and ongoing update of the data offering catalogue: segments, targeting, and activations;</li> <li>Ensuring the quality and consistency of information associated with segments, including definitions, providers, and use cases;</li> <li>Overseeing the smooth operation and monitoring of data flows between data tools (DMP) and activation platforms (ad servers);</li> <li>Contributing to segment definition and the development of their marketing use cases;</li> <li>Producing analyses and insights to enhance offerings and commercial pitches;</li> <li>Contributing to the simplification and distribution of materials for sales teams;</li> <li>Collaborating with various internal teams (sales, marketing, ad ops, data) in an operational deployment context.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This role offers a cross-functional view of data, product, and business challenges within an advertising sales house.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></p> <p>You are pursuing a Master&apos;s degree (business school, engineering school, university, IAE, or equivalent), with a specialisation in data, digital marketing, or product management.</p> <p>You ideally have the following skills and qualities:</p> <ul> <li>A strong interest in data topics and their marketing applications;</li> <li>The ability to understand data flows and technical environments;</li> <li>Basic data manipulation skills (SQL, NoSQL, or equivalent);</li> <li>Comfort with figures and analysis;</li> <li>Strong synthesis skills and a good written communication level.</li> </ul> <p>You are recognised for being:</p> <ul> <li>Rigorous, organised, and curious;</li> <li>At ease in a cross-functional environment, working with a variety of stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
