ROLE</span></div> <p> </p> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Your primary responsibility is to develop and strengthen CEVA’s business relationships with strategic Healthcare customers across North America, aligning commercial priorities, financial performance, and operational capabilities to ensure customer success.</span></div> <p> </p> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">This role focuses on managing a portfolio of key healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts, with particular emphasis on complex logistics solutions including cold chain and regulatory-sensitive environments.</span></div> <p> </p> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Key areas of focus include but are not limited to:</span></div> <p> </p> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Customer Growth: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across all CEVA business lines within assigned healthcare accounts</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Customer Retention: Ensure the successful retention and expansion of existing business across all geographies through strong engagement and operational excellence</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Customer Relationships: Build and expand relationships at executive and stakeholder levels across customer organizations</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Negotiations: Lead and coordinate commercial negotiations for major contracts, RFQs, and strategic opportunities</span></div> <p> </p> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?</span></div> <p> </p> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Act as the senior relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of Healthcare accounts, developing strong relationships at executive and decision-maker levels</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Develop and execute account strategies, including forecasts, budgets, and growth plans aligned with CEVA’s commercial objectives</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Pricing, Solutions, and Procurement teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Drive sales performance by monitoring customer activity, profitability, and growth opportunities</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Lead customer pricing discussions and proposals, coordinating internally and negotiating externally</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Identify value creation opportunities and propose innovative, customer-centric solutions</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Support cross-selling initiatives across CEVA’s business lines to maximize account penetration and growth</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational delivery to support long-term partnerships</span></div> <p> </p> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</span></div> <p> </p> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Proven experience managing Regional or Global Key Accounts, preferably within Healthcare or Pharma sectors</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Strong knowledge of supply chain solutions, including cold chain logistics and regulatory requirements (GDP)</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial negotiations and strategic customer relationships</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Solid understanding of RFQ processes, pricing strategies, and solution design</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and profitability within assigned accounts</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">- Advanced communication and presentation skills,
