Pay Range: $110,000 to $118,000 YOUR ROLE The Talent Development & Learning (TD&L) Manager is responsible for defining and deploying CEVA’s regional TD&L strategy across the U.S. and Canada, in close alignment with global programs and business priorities. The role supports performance and culture enablement, develops current and future talents with solid solutions based on strong trainings path and also creative "on the job" solutions. He/She contributes to building a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline for CEVA USA /Canada WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
