Pay Range: $110,000 - $123,000 YOUR ROLE The Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts at CEVA, partnering closely with business leaders and HR to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent across key roles. This position goes beyond execution, serving as a strategic advisor to the business by aligning hiring strategies with organizational priorities, proactively building talent pipelines, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
