With a strong “leadership from every seat” mindset, the team jointly owns the quality and success of closing processes. SAP General Ledger functionalities play a key in delivering financial statements for both internal and external reporting requirements. To ensure the General Ledger Product meets business expectations, the team collaborates closely with all stakeholders enabling short feedback cycles and continuous functional improvements. About you <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, or Business field </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Relevant experience in a role such as IT Business Analyst or IT Specialist</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">SAP General Ledger domain experience is an advantage</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Intermediate knowledge of SQL and HANA querying</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Attention to detail and commitment to data quality, with a solution-oriented mindset</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new technologies</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Background in Finance or Reinsurance / Insurance domain is an advantage</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT perspectives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">"Can do" behaviour</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Team player who performs well both independently and in collaborative environments</li> </ul> For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,200 and EUR 3,700 per month (for a full-time role).
