The role As a Lab Technician within our Innovation and Solution Development organization, you'll be part of a small, close-knit team responsible for a specialized analytical area focused on polymer analyses. Your work will combine executing analyses with helping to plan, organize, and continuously improve how the lab operates day to day. This position is best suited to candidates with an MBO4 or bachelor's-level background and a genuine interest in the operational side of laboratory work. You'll get hands-on experience with newly developed polymer materials in a dynamic R&D environment, working on both routine testing and the introduction of new analytical methods. Beyond the analyses themselves, you'll take ownership of practical aspects of lab life: coordinating planning, supporting quality and compliance, lending a hand to colleagues when needed, and serving as a friendly point of contact between scientists, quality stakeholders, and your fellow lab technicians.
