As the Regional PE Leader, you will be accountable for realizing sustainable performance improvement by deploying TRACC-based transformation methodology (DRIVE – Do it Right, Improve Value Everyday), embedding operator-centric practices, and building a strong culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement across the SC functions in the region. This role blends strategic regional leadership with hands-on coaching and change management. You will work closely with site leadership teams and frontline operators and technicians to translate Corbion’s values into visible, sustainable performance improvements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing PE standards and sharing best practices.
