Corbion in Blair, Nebraska is seeking a Bulk Loader, responsible for loading outbound products into trucks while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety. Essential Job Functions: <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule carriers weekly to meet customer service schedule deliveries</li> <li>Start-up, operate, control and monitor loading processes in the field and from the control room</li> <li>Exchange control findings with technician in the plant and the technician in the control room; execute specified control and operation actions</li> <li>Take truck samples to laboratory for analysis</li> <li>Solve non-routine problems with consequences for installations, processes, the environment and/or occupational health and safety and consult with supervisor/manager</li> <li>Transport raw and auxiliary materials to process equipment using forklift truck. Inspect incoming tanker trucks, give directions to drivers, unload bulk materials into storage tanks and enter receiving into SAP</li> <li>Process Bill of Ladings in SAP</li> <li>Keep unloading and storage systems in operational condition to achieve minimum loss of productivity and maximum availability</li> <li>Register data and hand over the production processes to ensure optimal progress</li> <li>Execute QESH standards per defined roles and responsibilities to ensure personal and product safety and quality.</li> <li>Perform within the guidelines of all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Security measures, Housekeeping, Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP), all quality, regulatory, environmental, safety and health guidelines and regulations.
