The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the Radiology Sales organization across North LATAM, driving revenue growth, profitable order intake, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for defining and executing the regional sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline and forecasting process, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment with AGFA's business objectives and market opportunities. The Head of Sales plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth across the region. in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> MBA or helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Minimum 4 years direct sales x=experience in Healthcare industries, preferably in Healthcare Radiology. </li> </ul> Specific skills: <ul> <li
