<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>What You'll Do (Duties & Responsibilities):</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Install and run Digital X-Ray medical Equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Repair and maintain medical diagnostic imaging equipment, including fixed and mobile X ray (RX) systems, DR Panels (RX and Mammography’s), workstations and some others: Printers and CR Digitizers.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Train users in the use and handling of equipment so that they can use those properly avoiding failures and repairs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Give remote support to dealers for installations and repairs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Moderate customers on possible problem solutions on the equipment use.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Administrative functions suchas: phone call attendance, introduce data on ServiceNow database, go canvas and AP7.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluate and decide if the site is able to starting the service.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide feedback to the Customer, related with issues in the site that must be solved before starting the service.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluate if AGFA equipment is able to be installed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To complete the reports within ServiceNow and Go canvas.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To escalate a technical problem to next level of support.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Education:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Electronic/electromechanical Engineer (or Technician) / Bioengineer oriented to field work.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Experience:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">At least one year of experience in a similar position.
