About this role
As an Account Management Assistant within ASOS Fulfilment Services, you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of a strategic initiative that helps our brand partners deliver more choice, availability, and speed to our customers.
Working closely with the Key Account Manager and wider AFS team, you’ll provide essential coordination, reporting, and admin support to ensure our partners are set up for success on ASOS.com. You’ll collaborate across functions including Studios, Intake Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, GMP and Tech, to keep processes running smoothly, data accurate, and communication clear. Your contribution will help drive trading performance, improve partner experience, and support ASOS in scaling AFS as a commercial growth driver.

Build strong relationships with brand partners through daily communication, sharing trading updates and resolving operational issuesSupport weekly trade calls by tracking performance KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring follow-up actions are completedShare insights on product performance and presentation - highlighting standout styles, regional trends, and opportunities to optimise imagery and descriptionsCoordinate internal processes and gather feedback on tech and logistics initiatives to help scale AFS effectivelyMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales, stock, and planning data for key stakeholdersPrepare reports and trackers to monitor partner performance against joint business plansOwn key housekeeping tasks including carryover tracking, daily sales/go-live updates, and query reportingUse analytical tools to surface key trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting the wider team with data-driven insightsPartner with Account Managers to monitor department KPIs (e.g. Intake/RTS), escalating issues where neededHelp deliver a seamless on-site experience by ensuring product, content, and operational details are correct and optimisedWe believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. About You
You’re commercially curious, highly organised, and ready to support a fast-paced team. You bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Whether you’ve gained experience through retail, merchandising, wholesale, or internships, you’re confident working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.
