About this role

The Senior Solution Sales Executive - Core Business Services is responsible for driving the market success of ServiceNow’s Core Business Services portfolio, built on the ServiceNow AI Platform and market-leading Service Management capabilities.

Core Business Services enable organizations to standardize, automate, and scale mission-critical operations across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Business Services, extending value beyond traditional IT and employee use cases.

By uniting AI, data, and workflows on a single cloud platform, this role helps customers establish a single source of truth, improve operational resilience, and accelerate enterprise-wide digital transformation.

This is a specialist solution sales (overlay) role, working closely with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and partners to shape territory strategy, drive demand, and help customers realize the value of digital transformation.

The role covers Finland and the Baltics, supporting enterprise customers across multiple industries.

What you’ll get to do in this role

Drive strategy and solution success for Core Business Services within your assigned territorySupport territory and account planning to improve vertical alignment, use-case targeting, and executionPartner with Account Executives to provide solution strategy throughout the sales cycleEnsure opportunity strategies align with Now Value principles, including business case and ROI articulationHelp customers envision the value of AI-driven workflows and digital transformation in partnership with customers, account teams, and ecosystem partnersInterlock with Solution Consultants and Specialist Consultants on solution positioning, capability roadmaps, and deal strategyCoach Account Executives, ADRs, and partners with foundational Core Business Services knowledge to identify and progress opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor, translating complex operational challenges into measurable business outcomesShare market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with the wider organizationChampion diversity, inclusion, and belonging while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture In order to be successful, candidates typically will have:

Experience in solution or specialist sales roles driving complex enterprise opportunitiesProven ability to articulate ROI and business value for enterprise software or platform solutionsExperience as an AE, specialist seller, or in a comparable customer-facing role within a complex sales ecosystemStrong understanding of enterprise buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales cyclesDemonstrated experience with value-based and consultative selling approachesExposure to AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiativesAbility to engage credibly with executive-level stakeholders and senior internal leadershipStrong collaboration skills across sales, presales, partners, and internal teamsFluent in both Finnish and EnglishWillingness to travel 30–50% across Finland and the Baltics
