Responsibilities:
Review and analyze contracts to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and policies are followed with proper documentationCollaborate with various internal stakeholders to align on Client Incentive fundsCoordinate with Legal team to ensure they have visibility to Client contracts for executionValidate all project details and documentation in the system are correct prior to submissionAct as the SME for Value-In-Kind projects/process and provide guidance to the business and stakeholders when neededAssist with revenue recognition by ensuring it’s done timely in our financial systemGovern controls around revenue recognition, expense and other accounting policy around VIKProvide strong and timely customer service to the business functions supportedExecute standard reporting and data sharing within the team and leadership•Assist with all other ad-hoc projects and analyses and reports as neededThis role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, VIK, in the Bangalore office.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
A qualified CA, CMA or CPA equivalent or master’s degree in accounting/ finance with min. 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong commitment to customer service

Detail-oriented with proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
Team oriented, collaborative, motivated, adaptable and flexible
Ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues
Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel modules (e.g., Power Query) and Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
