Tasks As a Founder’s Associate (Working Student), you will work directly with the CEO and support strategic, operational, and cross-functional projects at C-level.
This role is especially suited for students interested in entrepreneurship and startup leadership. You will gain first-hand exposure to how a company is built from the inside — how founders think, prioritize, and make decisions under uncertainty.

What You’ll Do
Assist with strategic and C-level projects (product, growth, operations, fundraising, partnerships) Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision-support materials Conduct research to support strategic decisions Follow up on action items from leadership and executive meetings Take ownership of small projects and drive them independently Gain exposure to real founder-level challenges and trade-offs
Requirements What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, or building companies Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity Structured thinker with strong analytical skills Able to work independently and take responsibility Strong communication skills (English required, German is a plus) Availability to commit 20 hours per week for at least 6 months Flexible schedule that adapts to your university agenda
