The Role
As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you’ll drive top-line growth for your assigned accounts by generating and converting opportunities, executing sales strategies, and partnering with regional operations to maximise capacity utilisation. Taking ownership of commercial relationships and opportunity progression, you’ll impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term account value. You’ll also collaborate with global sales, commercial, and legal teams to ensure contracts and LTAs meet both customer and company expectations.
Who We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
Proven experience managing commercial relationships and driving sales growth within assigned accounts.
Strong ability to plan and execute structured sales calls, manage quotations, and progress opportunities from pipeline to order closure.
Experience analysing customer feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and developing expansion strategies.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contracts to protect margin, mitigate risk, and support long-term customer relationships.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers at all levels.
Ability to maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales pipeline data.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues tactfully.
Knowledge (or willingness to develop) in heat treatment, surface technology, hot isotonic pressing, product fabrication, and relevant quality systems/procedures.

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in the United Kingdom with flexible or hybrid working arrangements depending on location. Travel will be required.
