Job Description Custodial/ Maintenance Personnel
Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather.
Full-time position.
Schedule:
• Sunday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Monday/Tuesday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• Wednesday/Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Daily job duties and responsibilities:
• Custodial duties
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms and elevators, etc.
• Maintenance
• Painting
• Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
Requirements:
• Must be dependable
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be an independent worker
• Weekends required
• Must passbackground check and drug screen
Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
