HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hiring Unarmed Security Officers in the Spartanburg, SC area. All days and shifts are available! These positions offer a pay rate of $20.00/hr, with weekly pay.
Job Requirements Requirements:
• Experience working in a class A Building • Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is highly preferred • Ability to enter data in multiple platforms and possesses intermediate to advanced word processing skills. • Advanced oral and written communication skills, enough to provide information, deliver information to leadership, and answer inquiries. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., email, incident reporting software). • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security certifications a plus Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Computing Facilities • CPR/First Aid certification. • Experience with access control systems and CCTV monitoring Work Environment:
• Indoor and outdoor patrols in varying weather conditions. • Standing, walking, and driving a golf cart for extended periods • Interaction with tenants, visitors, and building staff
