About this role
The Centre for Secure Information Technology (CSIT), in the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EEECS) at Queen’s University Belfast, seeks to appoint a Research Fellow in Semiconductor Security. CSIT is an Innovation and Knowledge Centre (IKC) in cyber security funded by EPSRC and Innovate UK since 2009. It is internationally recognised for its research and innovation activities and has received numerous awards including a Queen’s Anniversary Prize in 2015 and recognition as an Academic Centre of Excellence (ACE) in Cyber Security Research and in Cyber Security Education by the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). CSIT’s research direction is shaped by its strategic partners, Thales and Rolls Royce, and it enjoys collaborative research partnerships with a range of industry and academic organisations, including CYLAB at Carnegie Mellon University, ETRI, South Korea, and CERIAS at Purdue University.
