Job Requirements Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ability to perform Fitness for Service assessments for Onshore Assets • Evaluate Steel, RCC, Timber structural components. • Foundations for equipment and structures • Dynamic analysis of foundations and structures • Carry out Structural Adequacy checks using AISC, ACI, EN Codes, PIP Standards • Perform structural calculations STAAD, RAM Connection, etc. • Execute loads and load combinations as per Eurocode, AISC, IBC, CSA, etc. • Develop repair plans including plating, jacketing, foundation remediation, anchor replacement, temporary support, etc. • Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency • Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams • Flexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites • Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs • Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions • Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams • Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) • Should be self-motivated and focused on achieving business results • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills are essential • Should be able to train and mentor new team member to enhance competency and capability in the team • Excellent communication skills. Education and Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Structural engineering • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Civil/Structural projects • Hands on experience in both Steel & Concrete • Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Heavy Industrial assets • Experience in Brownfield Engineering
