This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales Support Team Leader SA/NT, based in our Signify office in Brisbane, Queensland.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the SA/NT Sales Support team (quotes, pricing, order management).

• Ensure timely, accurate responses to customer enquiries, quotes, and orders.

• Drive digital tool adoption, efficiency, and process compliance.

• Partner with Sales to deliver competitive, value-based deals while maintaining pricing integrity.

• Oversee order execution: availability checks, delivery proposals, alternatives, and complex order screening.

• Champion customer experience, ensuring responsiveness, issue resolution, and collaboration.

• Build capability and performance in the team, fostering a growth mindset and compliance culture.

• Deliver on agreed KPIs (quote turnaround, conversion, back orders, touchless processes, NPS, productivity).

• Over 4 years of experience in managing daily operations and providing hands-on coaching to team members, fostering growth and efficiency.

• Deep expertise in sales support processes, including warehousing, logistics, and end-to-end operational cycles.

• Strong customer-centric approach, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and seamless execution to deliver exceptional results.

• Proficient in enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, and CRM, paired with excellent communication skills to drive collaboration and efficiency.

• Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Applicants must hold full working rights in Australia to be eligible for this position.
