Role Summary We are seeking a Technical Architect to drive technical design, engineering execution, and delivery for technical debt modernization initiatives. This role will work closely with the onsite Senior Architect and will be responsible for translating architecture into scalable, high-quality implementations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of leading engineering teams in a global delivery model. Key Responsibilities Architecture and Design Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical design and implementation plans Drive modernization of legacy systems to modern technology stacks such as .NET Core and React Design scalable systems using microservices, APIs, and modern design patterns Ensure alignment of implementation with defined architecture and engineering standards Technical Leadership Lead and guide development teams across backend, frontend, and integration layers Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices Provide technical direction and resolve complex technical challenges Mentor engineers and support capability building within the team Collaboration and Delivery Work closely with onsite architect to understand requirements and solution direction Participate in technical discussions and provide inputs for design and planning Drive sprint execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and support Modernization and Continuous Improvement Contribute to legacy system assessment and modernization execution Identify areas for performance, scalability, and maintainability improvements Support adoption of best practices in development, architecture, and DevOps Required Skills and Experience 10 to 15 years of experience in software development and technical architecture roles Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and modern frontend frameworks such as React Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures and APIs Experience working with legacy technologies such as C++, VB6, or ASP.NET Web Forms Strong understanding of system design, integration patterns, and performance optimization Additional Skills (Preferred) Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Experience in modernization or transformation programs Experience in warehouse management systems, supply chain, or industrial/automation domain Key Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Hands-on approach with ownership of technical delivery Ability to work effectively in an onsite-offshore collaboration model Good communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders Attention to detail and focus on quality and scalability Location Bangalore or Hyderabad (Offshore role) We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
