The engineer will work closely with Japanese stakeholders to design, develop, and integrate Cloud-based, AI-driven, and Digital Healthcare solutions.

• クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャ、API、およびマイクロサービスの設計・実装・最適化を行う • 医療画像、診断支援、ワークフロー自動化、患者データ分析向けのAI/MLモデルの開発およびシステム統合を行う • 日本側ステークホルダーとの要件定義、ソリューション提案、アーキテクチャレビューに参画する • システム導入、テスト、不具合解析、トラブルシューティング、およびドキュメント作成を支援する • 医療ソフトウェア関連規格、データセキュリティ、および個人情報保護規制への準拠を確保する • 顧客とオフショア／グローバルチーム間のバイリンガルブリッジとして、円滑なコミュニケーションを推進する Responsible for on-site work at client locations, collaborating with client engineering and product teams on medical digital solution development.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native architectures, APIs, and microservices • Develop and integrate AI/ML models for medical imaging, diagnostic support, workflow automation, and patient data analysis • Participate in requirements definition, solution proposals, and architecture reviews with Japanese stakeholders • Support system implementation, testing, bug analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation • Ensure compliance with medical software standards, data security, and personal data protection regulations • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and offshore/global teams as a bilingual bridge • Work onsite with client’s engineering and product teams to support medical digital solution development ［雇用区分］ Employment Type 正社員 Permanent Employee

Work Experience ［応募条件］Requirements ■必須要件■ Must Have
• ソフトウェアエンジニアリングまたはデジタルソリューション開発における10年以上の経験 • クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS/Azure/GCP）の実務経験 • AI/MLベースのソリューション設計または統合の経験 • フロントエンド技術（React JSが望ましい）のいずれかの経験 • バックエンド技術（Javaが望ましい）のいずれかの経験
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or digital solution development • Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Experience in AI/ML-based solution design or integration • Experience in any one front end technologies (preferably React JS) • Experience in any one back-end technologies (preferably Java) ※関連経験：10年以上 * Total and relevant experience: 10+ years ■尚可要件■ Good to Have
• 医療機器ソフトウェア開発の経験（IEC 62304の知識があれば尚可） • 医療・ヘルスケア分野におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトの経験 • 医療・ヘルスケアシステムのサイバーセキュリティに関する知識 • 日本の医療機器OEM環境での勤務経験 • DICOM、HL7、FHIR規格に関する理解 • AWS HealthLakeなどのAWSサービスの経験 • AWS S3、Azure Blob、Kafka、Kinesisなどの各種データインフラストラクチャの経験 • SageMaker、Vertex AI、Kubeflow、Airflow、Pinecone、MilvusなどのMLOpsおよびオーケストレーションサービスの使用経験 • データベース管理（SQL以外が望ましい）の経験 • ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ、デザインパターン、Webフレームワークの経験
• Experience with medical device software development (IEC 62304 knowledge is a plus) • Experience in digital transformation projects within medical/healthcare domain • Knowledge in cybersecurity for medical/healthcare systems • Experience working in Japanese medical OEM environment • Understanding of DICOM, HL7, FHIR standards • Experience in AWS services like AWS HealthLake • Experienced with different data infrastructure like AWS S3, Azure Blob, Kafka, Kinesis • Experienced in working with MLOps & Orchestration services e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, Airflow, Pinecone, Milvus • Experience in Database Management (preferably non-SQL) • Experience with Software Architecture and Design Patterns & Web Frameworks
