Responsibilities Include:
Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking Interim Litigation Attorneys to support a high-volume insurance defense caseload. This position will require multiple hires, and responsibilities will vary from early-stage case assessment to substantive litigation support, depending on the candidate’s experience and interest.
• Reviewing and organizing case files, assessing case posture, and identifying key deadlines • Drafting pleadings, motions, ex partes, and declarations • Managing written discovery, including drafting and responding • Supporting or attending hearings, depositions, and other court appearances
Qualifications Include:
• Admitted in good standing to California bar • 3+ years of relevant litigation experience • Insurance defense experience or civil litigation experience is preferred • Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Pay Range: $90-120/hour
