Major, Lindsey & Africa’s client has an immediate need for a full-time Interim Litigation Counsel.
Overview: Our client is seeking a full-time Interim Litigation Counsel.

Experience: Successful candidates will have at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee and manage docket of various defensive litigation matters affecting the bank, including matters related to accounts, collections, wealth management • Partner with outside counsel to manage litigation and minimize risk • Provide guidance on pre-litigation issues and risk mitigation strategies • Serve as a legal point of contact for internal teams on dispute-related issues • Monitor case strategy, budgets, and outcomes with external firms
Qualifications Include:
• J.D. and barred in good standing • 6+ years of relevant litigation experience, ideally a combination of law firm and in-house • Experience with banks or financial institutions or with managing banking litigation is preferred
Pay Range: $100-120/hour
Individual compensation offered for this position within the pay range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
