Major, Lindsey & Africa’s client has an immediate need for an interim Labor & Employment counsel.
Overview: Our client is seeking an interim Labor & Employment Counsel.
Company: Manufacturing
Experience: Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities Include:
• Serve as the primary employment/HR legal partner to HR, business leaders, and legal teams • Provide day-to-day advice and counsel on a broad range of labor and employment issues • Lead and manage internal employee investigations
Qualifications Include:
• 10+ years of relevant employment experience, including substantive in-house experience • Proven ability to partner directly with business stakeholders and translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance • Experience supporting aviation, manufacturing, or industrial companies preferred • Experience advising on international employment matters or within a global organization preferred
Pay Range: $100-110/hour
