As a Poker Chip Runner, you'll be in the middle of the action to help keep the game moving by delivering chips to players with accuracy and speed. You'll be part of a fast-paced team where a strong attention to detail and great guest service is a priority.
Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Poker Chip Runner:
• Respond promptly to guest chip requests.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous gaming environment.
• Notify the Poker Floorperson of any open seats.
• Report disputes or arguments to the Shift Manager or Floorperson.
• Share relevant player information with the Shift Supervisor.
• Direct guests to the Floor Person and Shift Manager as needed.
• Assist Poker Management in table fills.
• Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A year or more of cash handling experience.
• Gaming industry or casino experience.
