ROLE SUMMARY The Associate - Listing role is to contribute to the enhancement of the marketplace catalogue and provide essential support to Marketplace sellers. This role involves working collaboratively within the Marketplace team to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of listings while assisting sellers in navigating the platform effectively. ROLE PROFILE
• Collaborate with the Marketplace team to enhance the quality and completeness of product listings. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications. • Conduct regular audits of listings to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors. • Assist sellers in creating and optimizing product listings on the marketplace platform. • Ensure adherence to listing guidelines and standards, including pricing, categorization, and tagging. • Monitor listing performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. • Serve as a point of contact for sellers, providing guidance and assistance with listing-related queries. • Offer training and resources to sellers to help them effectively manage their listings and maximize sales.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Language Studies, Translation, Digital Media, Business, Journalism, Multimedia Productions or other relevant field • 1 year working experience, in content creation, content moderation, catalogue enhancement or A+ content creation. • Preferably 1+ years in the retail/e-Commerce business or closely related industry . • Strong self-motivation, and capacity to “learn on the fly” new tasks, adjust and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. • Excellent and effective communication, composure, and professional attitude. • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to SLA, quality & productivity.
