About this role

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Executive Reporting and Strategic Storytelling

• Lead and coordinate the development of Board packs, QBRs, and executive presentations, ensuring clear, concise, and impactful financial narratives. • Translate financial performance into sharp insights, highlighting key drivers, risks, opportunities, and required actions. Work closely with GS leadership to ensure alignment on strategic priorities. • Deliver high quality, decision ready materials under tight timelines, maintaining strong attention to detail and consistency. Budgeting and Planning Process Alignment with OPCOs:

• Lead the budgeting process, forecast cycles, and development of the long term plan, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities • Own the preparation of planning decks with a strong, clear storyline aligned to Group expectations • Provide forward looking insights on NOPAT, cost base, and key performance levers to support senior management decisions • Review assumptions and support alignment across functions to ensure robust and realistic plans • Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a trusted finance partner to GS leadership and OPCO senior management teams. • Lead financial discussions with OPCOs on recharges, cost allocations, and value realization, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Engage collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple levels, supporting complex and sometimes sensitive conversations with professionalism. • Support cross functional initiatives by providing financial insights and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives. Strategic Analysis and Decision Support

• Perform deep dive analysis on key business topics, including cost optimization, investment decisions, and value creation initiatives. • Provide clear, actionable recommendations supported by robust financial analysis. • Support evaluation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group EBITDA and NOPAT targets. Identify risks and opportunities proactively, enabling leadership to take timely and informed decisions. Leadership and Operating Style

• Operate with strong ownership and accountability within defined scope. • Demonstrate strong professional communication skills and the ability to present financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders. • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. • Drive continuous improvement in reporting quality, processes, and financial insights.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and financial analysis, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Additionally, He/She should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and have a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced Finance leadership with evidence of operating within large, matrix organisations • Clear and proven ability to prioritise effectively • Strong technical skills • Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and shared services leading practices • Key Executive and Senior Stakeholder management skills

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

Skillset (job specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills • Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Knowledge of financial reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle) • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. • Leadership skills and experience managing a team. • Strategic thinking and ability to align financial plans with overall business strategy. • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across different levels and functions of the organization. Minimum experience

• Min. of 8-10 years’ experience in Finance in a Large Corporate Minimum Qualifications/education

• CIMA/ACCA/CA
