Access to VenPerks: amazing discounts at over 450 retailers across Australia, including major retail brands About the role Ventia, in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking multiple enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Attendants to deliver high-quality service and maintaining strict food safety standards at RAAF Tindal, and your role will include: Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift Providing professional bar service (RSA standards) Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed Following food safety and hygiene standards Working as part of a friendly, supportive team About You Experience in hospitality & catering or customer service (Advantageous) Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Advantageous) Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous) Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations. Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous) Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
