About the role
1. Litigation & Dispute Management · Manage end-to-end litigation across civil, criminal, consumer, RERA and labour matters · Draft notices, legal replies, complaints, and authority letters · Coordinate with external counsel, police, and regulatory authorities · Maintain litigation MIS with updated case status, hearing dates, and outcomes · Support dispute resolution through mediation, conciliation, and negotiated settlements 2. Contract Drafting & Legal Advisory · Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, service agreements, NDAs, and MoUs · Identify commercial risks and ensure appropriate legal safeguards are incorporated · Provide legal advisory to internal business teams on day-to-day matters . Compliance & SOP Management · Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their operational impact · Develop, implement, and update SOPs embedding legal best practices · Support internal compliance audits and periodic regulatory reviews 5. IPR & Legal Documentation · Assist in identifying, registering, and protecting the organisation's IP assets · Maintain a secure, organised legal documentation system · Review brand communications and marketing content for IP and legal risks · Build and maintain a legal repository of templates, standard clauses, and precedents 3. Recovery & Enforcement · Drive recovery through well-timed legal notices and escalation letters · Draft settlement agreements and consent terms balancing legal and commercial interests · Monitor recovery timelines and escalate stalled matters appropriately
