We are looking for a Culture & Engagement leader who will anchor how the Godrej Way comes alive across the organisation. This role will partner closely with business and HR leaders to translate engagement insights into meaningful, scalable actions thereby shaping everyday employee experience and strengthening organisational culture. The role balances thinking (frameworks, strategy) and doing (execution, governance, communication), and drives impact across GCPL’s global footprint, at a function, and manager-level as well.

1. Culture Strategy & Godrej Way Activation

• Anchor the articulation and activation of the Godrej Way as the bedrock of culture across GCPL • Craft actions that help translate values into everyday rituals, practices and leadership behaviours • Partner with leadership to drive visible signalling, narrative and culture priorities •

2. Employee Engagement & Listening Architecture

• Lead the organisation’s engagement agenda anchored around the annual engagement survey and continuous listening • Design and drive the listen–act–govern–improve loop for engagement • Synthesize insights from surveys, FGDs and connects into clear themes and action focus areas • Drive leader and manager ownership of engagement outcomes. 3. Action Architecture & Execution

• Build and operationalize engagement action architecture across three levels: • Org-level (global programmes, policy/process shifts) • Function-level (contextual action plans) • Manager-level (team commitments and action plans) • Ensure translation of insights into clear, trackable actions • Drive governance, reviews and progress tracking of engagement plans 5. Signature Culture Programmes

• Design and scale high-impact programmes that strengthen culture and engagement, such as: • Recognition frameworks and everyday appreciation practices • Leadership accessibility and employee connection forums • Career conversations and development-led engagement interventions • Cascades, Townhalls, Summits, Off-sites that enable voice, ideation and collaboration 6. Communication & Culture Narratives

• Shape and drive the culture narrative through compelling storytelling and communication. • Ensure alignment of all interventions to a consistent, one-GCPL culture story • Leverage multiple channels to amplify moments that matter and cultural signals

Education: · MBA Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields Experience: · 8+ years across Corporate & Consulting roles, having the experience of building / improving the overall Culture & Engagement framework, with experience in running end-to-end survey management cycles, and executing organizational rituals & initiatives. Key Skills: · Strong problem framing & insighting. · Strong project management and organizational skills · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects · Excellent written and verbal communication · Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently · Story-telling & framing the strategy to strengthen org narrative on culture.
