About the role • Title Asset Reliability Lead (multiple sites) • Lead Kerry’s Beverage Business Network asset reliability program • Reports to Business Network Director of Engineering • Provides dotted line support of business network maintenance teams. • Supports Kerry North America asset reliability initiatives Location/Travel • Support multi-site Beverage business network currently with sites in Seattle, WA; Byesville, OH; Owatonna, MN, and Ste Claire, Quebec. (could flex with additional sites as needed) • This role is preferred to be based out of one of the United States sites listed above but could be remote with the right candidate. • Candidate must be able to travel internationally between the United States and Canada as needed. • Travel will be approximately 50% or more as needed.
Key responsibilities
Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar) • Preferred CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent certification. • 10+ years of progressive experience in a maintenance leadership role and/or a reliability engineering role. • Food, consumer goods, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred • Comfortable working on the factory floor and as part of a decentralized regional team. The typical hiring range for this role is $102,000 to $168,250 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
