Job Profile: Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2)
Reporting Structure Reporting to the Sr. Manager, DevOps Engineering, the Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2) supports the administration and operational stability of enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day platform support, basic automation, and continuous improvement under the guidance of senior engineers. Key Responsibilities
• Support administration of enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. • Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online. • Provide operational support and respond to platform-related incidents and service requests. • Assist with automation and integration efforts using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, and ServiceNow. • Support AI-enabled features and ensure proper configuration under established governance guidelines. • Contribute to documentation, knowledge base updates, and user enablement materials. • Participate in platform migrations and modernization initiatives as directed. • 2+ years experience supporting enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms. • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. • Basic experience with automation, scripting, or APIs. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately. Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Slack Enterprise Grid or Google Workspace administration. • Experience with Azure services or Microsoft Graph. Interest in enterprise AI capabilities and automation solutions.
