Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston, located in the Texas Medical Center, the largest healthcare complex in the world, is recruiting faculty for the academic rank of Assistant Professor on the Research Track POSITION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Develops a funded program of scientific research. • Teaches and actively maintains research productivity • Instructs didactic coursework (online and classroom, as appropriate) and mentors students. Other scholarly/institutional service responsibilities will be determined in coordination with the Department Chair.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Doctoral degree in nursing or related field (Ph.D., DrPH). PREFERRED:
• Eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in Texas.
