Position Summary • Provides patient care under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist through performing treatment, communicating with the supervising PT and other health care professionals, and appropriate documentation • Participates in departmental/team quality improvement activities • Delegates appropriate tasks to PT technicians and supervises • Responsible for education of self, peers, patients, and students and assists with new employee orientation • Assists with or performs special projects.
