About this role
Position Summary Responsible for providing therapy services to patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team with most emphasis on group therapy. Provides case management and follow up with patients, documents daily in the charts, assists in program development. Develops, implements and reviews treatment plans. Behavioral Health Therapist may work in inpatient, hospital outpatient, ambulatory settings. May be embedded in primary care or other specialty. Possible cross coverage
