Broward Health Medical Center Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 1.000000 Req #31119 Summary: Provides specialized clinical activities relating to designated clinical programs in order to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Performs various types of medication utilization activities within a defined area including but not limited to anticoagulation pharmacokinetics dose adjustments order verification and IV to PO-conversions. Participates in committees and represents the department of pharmacy throughout the hospital or ambulatory settings within the area of focus.
