Broward Health Medical Center-#31073 Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 0.900000 Summary: Plans coordinates provides intervenes and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis and establishes care objectives.
Education:
• Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing or BSN) or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years. Experience:
• RN License to practice as a professional Registered Nurse in the State of Florida. Credentials:

• BLS and ACLS Certifications through AHA or Red Cross.
