Qualifications
• 6+ months of experience in data analysis, reporting, data coordination, business operations, or a related field (with a Bachelor's Degree) • Will consider applicants without a degree, but will need a minimum of 2+ years in a related role. • Experience reviewing, compiling, and validating data for reports or business documentation. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and data management. • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create professional reports and presentations. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve errors. • Ability to work with large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Work Environment
• Fully onsite. • Standard hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Professional office environment with a collaborative team culture. • Heavy use of Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and reporting software. • Opportunity to develop skills in data validation, report preparation, quality review, and business reporting. This person will support the preparation, validation, and delivery of environmental compliance reports. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, identifying inconsistencies, and producing high-quality reports that support client and regulatory requirements.This role combines data analysis, reporting, quality review, and administrative coordination within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities
• Compile, organize, and validate project data from multiple sources to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Review datasets, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues. • Analyze and verify information used in client deliverables and environmental compliance reports. • Create, edit, and format technical reports, spreadsheets, data tables, presentations, and supporting documentation. • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. • Maintain and update reporting databases, spreadsheets, and electronic records. • Prepare final client deliverables using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. • Support report generation by compiling findings, organizing data, and ensuring deadlines are met. • Assist with document management, scanning, and electronic file maintenance. • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding reporting requirements, data requests, and project status.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Addison, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
