**Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly. - Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. - Adhere to infection control and safety standards. - Participate in continuous professional development and training.
**Qualifications:** - Valid nursing license and relevant certifications. - Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably at Level II or equivalent. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Work Experience Previous ICU experience is preferred (two years preferred)
