Job Requirements The Nurse Residency Program Administrator serves as a strategic workforce leader responsible for developing early career nurses through a structured transition to practice program while strengthening organizational workforce stability, professional engagement, and long-term retention. This role combines hands-on program management with external relationship development to ensure a strong and sustainable pipeline of nursing talent for Capital Region.
Work Experience Master of Science in Nursing is required. Current Registered Nursing License in Maryland or a compact state and in good standing. Five (5) years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting · Nationally recognized nursing specialty certification. · Seven (7) years of experience as a registered nurse in the acute care setting is preferred.
