Due to continued growth, we’re excited to offer a newly created role for an experienced Key Account Manager/Projects to join our high-performing Ambius Sydney team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that blends large-scale project delivery with strategic account management and long-term client retention.

Based out of our Sydney branch, you’ll manage an established portfolio of key accounts while also working closely on major project installations, ensuring exceptional outcomes from concept through to completion. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and identifying opportunities to expand services across existing accounts.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing and servicing an existing client portfolio, with a strong focus on account retention and growthOverseeing and supporting large-scale interior landscaping projects, collaborating with external and internal operations and design teamsIdentifying client needs and opportunities to increase sales through tailored solutionsDeveloping and maintaining strong strategic relationships within major accountsPreparing customer-focused proposals, including product, service, and cost optionsActing as the first point of contact for client enquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating when requiredMaintaining accurate customer records across company systemsMonitoring competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to management

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience in B2B Account Management, ideally within a service-based industryThe ability to manage a sales territory and prioritise a diverse client baseStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsHigh levels of self-motivation with the ability to work autonomouslyExcellent time management and multitasking capabilitiesClear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)Solid computer proficiency and CRM experienceThe drive to succeed in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
