University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMMS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Easton, Maryland. Job Description
Outpatient-based full-scope women's health role with responsibilities that include:
• Performing annual well-woman exams and routine screenings • Managing contraceptive counseling and care • Addressing common gynecologic concerns • Providing patient education and preventive care • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in Epic EMR • Collaborative, team-oriented clinic setting with access to specialty support and system-wide clinical resources Why Join University of Maryland Shore Regional Health? Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required • Certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply • Experience in women’s health or primary care is preferred • New graduates with a strong passion for women's health and patient advocacy will be considered • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required. • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required. • Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required. • Experience preferred, not required. • DEA and CDS eligible. • Preferred experience in midwifery • New graduates encouraged to apply
Additional Information
Compensation:
• Pay Range: $123,250 -$141,950 annual salary (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider). • Overtime is earned for any work performed beyond 40 hours. • Review the 2024-2025 UMMS Benefits Guide
