**Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and grill food items according to established recipes and quality standards - Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas - Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service - Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management
**Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a similar culinary or grill attendant role preferred - Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques - Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
